These fully reversible pants feature a floral print on one side and a dusty rose fine wale corduroy on the reverse.  They are fully machine washable and dryable.  They will fit rolled 2 times for a 3 month old and unrolled up to 6 months.  They measure 15 inches or 38 cm around left loose (they are a full elastic waistband) and are 14 inches or 36 cm rolled completely down.
