CUSTOMER CARE

I pride myself in providing every customer with their complete satisfaction.  I prefer to make sales that involve some contact with me to answer any of your questions before you purchase so that you have a clear expectation of what you are purchasing.  I love meeting my customers in person and I welcome you bringing your children in to shop in person in the boutique.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me so that we can discuss how I can make it better.  As well, any defects such as seams opening or buttons coming off I would be happy to repair free of charge.

All sales are processed by cash or e-transfer.  I do not currently accept any credit card or debit card payments as these involve merchant fees that would necessitate increasing my prices.  It is important to me to provide you with the highest quality items at the best prices and therefore I can only accept these two forms of payment.  E-transfers are payable to boutiquegabanique@gmail.com
